Construction and Real Estate has been a part of Thawanna’s life from a very early age. Growing up in the industry has provided her with a wide range of skills. Her most used one being interpersonal skills which has allowed Thawanna to effectively lead and navigate through complex situations in a fast paced environment. She juggles multiple responsibilities while maintaining client relationships and expectations. Thawanna is not just a team leader, she’s a team player that excels at communication and delegation.
